The American Red Cross in McKean-Potter Counties is committed to our mission of providing relief to victims of disaster and helping people prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies. Our Premier Events help support those efforts!

Up Coming Events:

Trekking the Tuna Trails

Beginning:    May 15th, 2009

Ending:        August 15th, 2009

Where:         the Tuna Valley (Bradford)

 

The American Red Cross and the Tuna Valley Trail Association are challenging you to get fit this summer and raise money for the Red Cross at the same time!

 

Its easy and fun! Download the Trails Log and find sponsors to donate a determined amount per mile (example listed below). Then you have all summer to try to complete all 25 miles of the TVTA developed trails.

 

Anyone who completes all 25 miles and raises $25 for the Red Cross will earn the title of "Tuna Trekker" and the Tuna Trekker Stimulus Package (details below)!

 

Anyone who does not complete all the miles but still raises money for the Red Cross will be entered to win other prizes!

Tuna Trekker Stimulus Package details:

Each person who earns the title of Tuna Trekker will receive:

• A one year membership to the Tuna Valley Trail Association

• A Tuna Trekker T-Shirt

• and other good stuff!
